Mentorship - Mentee (GRIC Members Only)
Pathways Community Mentorship Program.
The selected candidate would start the mentorship program for one year working in 12 or more different departments. After completion of working in the departments the best suited assistant position would be assigned to the mentee. A development program would be created for the Assistant position.
Skills / Requirements
- Applicants must be eighteen (18) years of age and an enrolled Gila River Indian Community member who show the potential and desire to achieve leadership positions with GRGE. Internal applicants must have satisfactory attendance and work history.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and agree to maintain a Drug-Free Workplace as a condition of employment.
- Must pass a full background check to be certified/licensed prior to employment.
- Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
There are suitability standards that all applicants must meet in order to obtain employment with Gila River Gaming Enterprises, Inc. Applicants who have felonies, warrants, outstanding tickets, shoplifting or theft convictions will be ineligible for employment.
