-Generation of New Business
Focus is to generate new accounts and bookings with focused prospecting, relationship building and account penetration.
-Revenue Generation & ADR
The Sales Team must ensure maximization of revenue, as well as consideration of gaming value, repeat potential and pattern. Each month ADR goals are to be met or exceeded.
-Customer Service: Internal and External
Sales Team is responsible for accurately and diligently gathering information to ensure the group booking is both a good fit for the property and client. Details are gathered prior to contract to set up catering, banquets, culinary and property for success. Sales Team stays involved in booking by communicating with client and team. Sales Team is to support overall property goals including gaming, marketing, relationships, training and development.
-Communication & Attention to Detail
Written and verbal communication including emails, proposals, agreements, site visits and group resumes must be clear, concise, accurate, detailed and assertive. Awareness of perception by clients and co-workers in both verbal and non-verbal communication.
Time management, ability to work flexible hours and focused prospecting are key. Balance of outside sales calls, site visits, prospecting, detailing and administrative work.
