Jobing Description

This position is responsible for possessing a thorough knowledge of Gila River Gaming Internal Controls, policies, procedures, Tribal Gaming Office, Compact and State Gaming Regulations. Ensures that poker games are in regulatory compliance with the Tribal Gaming Office, State Gaming Authority,  internal controls, and standard operating procedures by performing duties of the position.

Skills / Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of poker supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must possess strong marketing/ promotional skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patrons and promote all aspects of Poker.  
  • Ability to be creative, friendly, and knowledgeable while maintaining organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with management, internal departments and the general public
  • Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office suite
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds

Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and pass a full background check to be certified/license prior to employment.

Must be able to work in a smoking environment and agree to maintain a Drug-Free Workplace as a condition of employment.
