Jobing Description

This position is responsible for development execution and analysis of all long term and short term marketing strategies as they relate to increasing the marketing database, player visitation, length of play and average bet. This position will also work closely with the Player Development department to ensure that the enterprise yields the maximum revenue from our VIP Players and to enhance overall property revenues and support retention goals.

Position location: Wild Horse Pass/Lone Butte/Vee Quiva

Skills / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in management with a Marketing emphasis is preferred..
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible Marketing experience with supervisory/management experience required.
  • Must have strong database skills with excellent leadership in organizational, communication, human relations, decision making and creative problem solving skills.
  • Broad knowledge of the Gila River Indian Community and extensive knowledge of the gaming industry.
  • Possess strong guest service and telephone etiquette skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask, be a self-starter, and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office suite
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and pass a full background check to be certified/license prior to employment.
  • Must be able to work in a smoking environment and agree to maintain a Drug-Free Workplace as a condition of employment.
