Job Description

This position is responsible for increasing gaming revenue by maximizing Gila River Gaming Enterprise's share of moderate to high value players gaming budget.

Position location: Vee Quiva/Lone Butte Casino/ Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino

Skills / Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three years of direct customer service experience or casino hosting experience
  • Performs all duties with high degree of integrity and confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of guest privacy and company integrity
  • Ability to work closely with several departments and levels within the Enterprise in establishing a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Composes and types correspondence, forms and reports as needed
  • Effectively communicates in one-to-one and in small group situations
  • Self-starter with creative problem solving skills and excellent follow through
  • Must be able to work varied hours and weekends
  • Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office suite
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds


Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and pass a full background check to be certified/license prior to employment.

Must be able to work in a smoking environment and agree to maintain a Drug-Free Workplace as a condition of employment.
